MMJ Requirement: Age and Residency.
Must be a Colorado resident over 18 years old.
MMJ Requirement: Pain and Suffering.
Experience chronic pain; cachexia; glaucoma, cancer, seizures, nausea, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, or persistent muscle spasm.
Must have a licensed MMJ doctor recommendation from an MD or DO in good standing in the State of Colorado.
Must submit application & doctor's recommendation to the CDPHE with a $35 red card registration fee.
